We are developing a 3D Architecture library of designs like Exterior, Interior, Infodesk, Auditorium Designs. It will be very niche oriented content, and we are looking for a right-brained visualizer to plan and create the designs. This will not get constructed physically but used as a virtual experience. We just need Fancy looking artwork.

Responsibilities

• Take the “brief” and create design concepts.
• Create or Customize the 3D models, Texturing, Play with Lighting & Walkthrough Animation.
• Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and aesthetically pleasing design.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, brand guideline and general arch guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an 3D Visualizer
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
• High-level of facility with 3D Studio Max and Vray
• Mid-level of facility with Adobe PhotoShop / Illustrator
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills
