THE MISSION
We are looking for a Financial Controller to own our books. We have complex international export transactions and compliance requirements. Your job is to ensure our financial engine runs without a single hiccup.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (The "Must-Haves")
- End-to-End Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting in Zoho Books. You are responsible for the accuracy of every ledger entry.
- Statutory Compliance (Tax): Handle GST (Domestic & Export/LUT), TDS filings, and Advance Tax calculations. You ensure we are audit-ready 365 days a year.
- Payroll & Labor Compliance: This is critical. You will manage the end-to-end payroll process, including PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and PT (Professional Tax) challans and filings.
- Banking & Ops: Manage vendor payments, reconcile bank statements weekly, and handle foreign inward remittances (FIRC).
- Reporting: Deliver a "CEO Dashboard" every Monday—Cash position, Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), and Burn Rate.
WHO YOU ARE
- The Experience: You have 4+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in a Service/Agency business.
- The Knowledge: You know the difference between an Expense and an Asset. You know the exact due dates for PF, ESIC, and GST.
- The Tool Stack: You are a master of Zoho Books. You are proficient in Excel.
- The Mindset: You are trustworthy. You treat company money with more respect than your own. You are organized and hate chaos.
